- STEP 1: REPRESENTATION. You need Buye/Tenant representation where your interests are represented. HIRE THE BEST - SUSAN KUPER REAL ESTATE LLC. We help you to become an educated buyer/renter.
- STEP 2: PRE-APPROVAL/CREDIT CHECK. How much can you afford to buy/rent. We get you your pre-approval.
- STEP 3: YOUR SEARCH. We locate properties and show you all the properties that fit your budget. We listen to what you want and work within your schedule.
- STEP 4: THE OFFER AND NEGOTIATION. Prior to your offer, we do a CMA for you. Some areas require a binder if you are buying. Then we negotiate on your behalf.
- STEP 5: INSPECTION. We'll help arrange inspections for structure, lead, radon, water, pests and mold.
- STEP 6: CONTRACTS/LEASES. We provide te agreed-upon terms by both parties to the attorneys who then draw up the contracts/leases. The buyer/renter puts a deposit down upon signing.
- STEP 7: MORTGAE. We help you with the mortgage process.
- STEP 8: WALK-THROUGH. prior to closing, we will walk through the home with you to make sure everything is what was agreed upon.
- STEP 9: CLOSING. When buying there are closing costs associated with the transaction and with your attorney we review them with you. We are with you at the closing.
